Actual results depend on the customer's situation, actions, location, choices, and external conditions.

The customer agrees to use the product responsibly.

The customer should not upload or share:

• bank login details
• Social Security number
• card numbers
• account numbers
• routing numbers
• full legal name
• full address
• passwords
• private IDs
• unredacted financial documents
• confidential information belonging to third parties

The customer is responsible for redacting private information before uploading screenshots, receipts, bills, repair estimates, or other documents.

The product may operate through third-party platforms, including AI platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics tools, or email delivery tools.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, access requirements, account rules, technical limitations, policy changes, or data practices of third-party platforms.

Use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Because this is a digital product, access is considered delivered once the access link, thank-you page, guide page, or other digital access method is made available after payment.

The customer is responsible for opening and saving the access link.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method through the payment processor.

• resell access without permission

We aim to provide access to the product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may be affected by:

• third-party platform outages
• AI platform limitations
• website maintenance
• payment processor issues
• internet service problems
• force majeure events
• policy changes by third-party providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the product owner related to the purchase or use of Incognito Money Saver AI is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or business losses resulting from use or inability to use the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
